With over 10 years experience in art direction and web/graphic design, I love what I do. Combined this with the degrees I received from the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University and Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, I have the knowledge and skills to incorporate fresh designs that speak to your brand and customer.

Experience

2009 – 2015
ART DIRECTOR AT O’ROURKE HOSPITALITY MARKETING

Managed process and workflow of all creative projects throughout the agency.

Lead designer for all agency projects.

Responsible for recommending process and procedure changes to maintain agency efficiencies on over-budget projects.

Act as the liaison between executive management, project management and creative design teams to maintain inter-office agency synergy and ensure that executive objectives are carried out and met.

Maintain the agencies “high quality” image and creative output by driving creative direction, maintaining inter-team collaboration and increasing the effectiveness of project/employee management procedures to ensure alignment with the agencies vision and mission.

Reported directly to CEO and CCO. Act as advisor on day-to-day operations and higher-level, strategic decision making for the agency.

Managed copywriting staff and projects (internal/outsourced).

 

2003 – 2009
DESIGNER & MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER AT THE DAHL GROUP

Website and graphic design as well as marketing and account support for full service ad agency with a diverse group of clients.

Responsibilities included website design, maintenance and management. Also design marketing collateral including; print ads, brochures, newsletters, postcards, letterhead, business cards, signage, and unique promotional items.

Tracked website traffic and results of marketing campaigns for clients.

Proof and managed content on client websites.

Independently managed multiple accounts and provide them with ultra personalized customer service and results.

Assist the president of the company with the handling of accounts and daily operations.

Manage small staff of designers and interns.
